    PRIVACY POLICY
    St. Petersburg "June 17", 2021.

    This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that Ankudimov Design Studio, located on the domain name www.ankudimov-design.com, may obtain about the User during the use of the Studio website, programs and products of the Studio.

    1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

    1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:


    1.1.1. "Administration of the studio's website (hereinafter - Site Administration)" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the studio Ankudimov Design, which organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.


    1.1.2 "Personal Data" means any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).


    1.1.3 "Processing of Personal Data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.


    1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a requirement mandatory for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.


    1.1.5. "User of Ankudimov Design Studio website (hereinafter referred to as "the User")" - a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website of the studio.


    1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the respective website.


    1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network based on the IP protocol.

    2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    2.1 The User's use of the Studio's website means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.


    2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Studio website.


    2.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the website of Ankudimov Design Studio. The Studio does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the User can go through the links available on the Studio's website.


    2.4 The administration of the site does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the Studio website.

    3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY

    3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the site of the online store on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the site of the studio or when placing an order to purchase a service.


    3.2 The personal data allowed to be processed within the framework of this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling in the registration form on the website of Ankudimov Design Studio in the section "Brief brief brief for application creation" and includes the following information:

    3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the Ankudimov Design Studio website that require authorization.


    3.3.2 Ankudimov Design Studio collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.


    3.4 Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except as provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3. of this Agreement. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

    4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING THE USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

    4.1 The Administration of the online store website may use the User's personal data for the purposes of:


    4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Studio's website to place an order and (or) conclude an Agreement on rendering services remotely with Ankudimov Design Studio.

    4.1.6. Creation of an account for making purchases, if the User has consented to the creation of an account.


    4.1.7. Notifying the User of the Studio Website about the status of the Order.


    4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax credits, disputing a payment, determining the User's eligibility for a line of credit.


    4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Studio's Website.


    4.1.10. Providing the User with his consent, product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the studio or on behalf of the studio's partners.


    4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.


    4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the websites or services of Ankudimov Design studio partners in order to receive products, updates and services.

    5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

    5.1 The User's personal data shall be processed without time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of means of automation.


    5.2 User agrees that the Administration of the site has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Website of Ankudimov Design Studio, including the delivery of documents.


    5.3 User's personal data may be transferred to authorized governmental authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.


    5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

    6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

    6.1 The User is obliged to:


    6.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Website of the online store.


    6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.


    6.2 The site Administration is obliged to:


    6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.


    6.2.2 Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.


    6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.


    6.2.4 Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

    7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

    7.1 Administration of the site, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided by clauses. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

    7.2 In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration shall not be liable if such Confidential Information:


    7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.


    7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration of the site.


    7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

    8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising out of the relationship between the User of the Studio's website and the Website Administration, a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) is mandatory.


    8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the applicant of the claim in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.


    8.3 In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial body for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.


    8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration of the site.

    9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

    9.1 The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.


    9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Studio's Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.


    9.3 All suggestions or questions about this Privacy Policy should be reported to the Studio's website section
